I had been to at least ten other dealerships before Russell & Smith Honda. I thought I knew what I could expect, but I was pleasantly (and thankfully) surprised. I had a wonderful car buying experience at Russell and Smith Honda. After going to several other Houston area Honda dealerships I walked into Russell and Smith. I already knew what kind of car I wanted, the color, interior, etc. Selam was a wonderful salesperson and very patient. She greeted me and my family warmly, answered all of our questions, and pointed out the car's features. I was not intending to buy a car that day, but the offer I was given for my trade in (my last Honda - 10 years old and still running) was beyond fair and the price I was given for the new 2013 CRV was excellent. No haggling, no slimy salespeople, just an excellent offer on an excellent car - how could I walk away from that? Santos streamlined the financing and Honda Care options. He covered a lot of ground quickly and thoroughly. And just like that I was driving away in my new Honda CRV! But... Russell and Smith customer service did not stop there! After my purchase Selam walked me through the steps to synchronize my phone (a lot has changed in cars over the past 10 years!), she even called me to make sure I made it home OK. The next day when I came to pick up my paperwork both Santos and Selam took time to say hello and ensure that I was happy with my purchase - and of course I was! More
My experience with Russell and Smith Honda has been heavenly. I had been searching for weeks to find a GOOD used car within my small budget. Luckily the internet brought me to Russell and Smith Honda. On their website I found a car that was slightly higher than my budget but I thought I would give them a try. Micah McElroy with Russell and Smith Honda's internet sales department contacted me regarding my inquiry. Although the first car was above my budget he found an even better car that was!It was so great I didn't mind driving the 35 miles from Spring, TX to the dealership in Houston. What about service after the sale you may ask? Again Russell & Smith knocked one out of the ballpark. The next day the check engine light came on and I of course freaked out. I headed back to the dealership fully prepared to do battle to get my money back. Immediately upon my arrival my salesman Micah reassured me that they would take care of the problem. Micah and Ali had Steve Rodriguez, their boss check out the problem. It turned out to be a minor issue with a sensor. Steve offered to do whatever was necessary to make me happy, I could get a refund or they could replace the sensor at no charge. He even offered me a loaner car! A loner car! I didn't buy a NEW car or even an expensive USED car and I was getting offered a loaner because he wasn't going to leave me stranded. (I'm pretty sure my car was the least expensive one on the lot...)When Steve said they could get it into the service department right then, I was happy to wait. I had my doubts that ANYONE could walk into a auto dealership ANYWHERE at 4:00 pm on a Saturday and leave with their vehicle repaired less than 2 hours later but I did! Not only that but Micah and Ali both kept me up to date with the repair and made sure I wasn't losing my patience. How could I? They didn't give me the chance. My daughter and I fell in love with the Honda Odyssey I purchased from R&S Honda. We've named her Goldilocks and we look forward to many miles with her. Thank you Micah, Ali and Steve. More

The entire process was very painless and easy. I asked for a quote online and immediately received a response from Mr. Huddleston. The car was ready for me to see when I got there and even though I changed color preference, it did not take very long to get the new car ready for me to test drive it. The paperwork all was done very quickly and professionally by both Mr. Huddleston and Ms. Tran (who is extremely friendly too!) I would feel very confident recommending this dealership to a friend or loved one and plan to do so. More

It was the most positive car buying experience ever. The most surprising was that Santos called me the day after I purchased the car to offer me a lower financing rate. (What dealership does that?) From their quick responsiveness, to picking me up from work, staying late to assist me, and then going the extra mile to find the best financing possible, this was definitely a "10," and I highly recommend Russell Smith Honda. Great service, pleasant to do business with, ethical, and fair. (And I love my Accord!) More

All personnel I have worked with: Fred Leber, salesman, Dino Varcados, sales manager, and Roberto Montemayor, Finance Manager exhibit professionalism, friendliness, courtesy, and are very knowledgeable about their respective jobs. They all know me and greet me by name, which means a lot. They are able to answer any questions that I may have. Whether I send an email message, or call the dealership directly, they are quick to respond and are always available to assist me. Their sales approach is one of helpfulness, with absolutely no high pressure tactics at all..Unlike many other dealerships I have been to. I would give them the highest rating possible and will personally continue to do business there (both new and used sales, as well as service) and also recommend them to anyone who asks me. In May, 2012, I brought my wife in and did a deal for her on a new 2012 Pilot. A few weeks later, I came in, alone, and did a deal for myself on a new 2012 Accord.
