The dealership is very friendly. As the sales manager said: buying a car should be fun. Indeed it was. Cyrus was friendly and helpful, and really made me feel welcome. Everyone involved with the whole process was patient and nice. It matters a lot for a first time buyer to find a dealership with people who aren't trying to pressure you. The biggest thing that got me: They offered me a good deal on the first day I went there. I asked, "How long will this offer be on the table?" They said, "You don't worry about that. We don't like to pressure you into buying on a day you don't want to buy. You come back when you feel ready to buy." And they in no way attempted to increase the price as punishment for not buying day one the next time I went back. More

I just had the best car purchase experience ever at Russell & Smith, where I bought a certified used 2010 CRV. Like many, I deeply dislike car shopping, but recently was in an accident in which my car Russell & Smith, where I bought a certified used 2010 CRV. Like many, I deeply dislike car shopping, but recently was in an accident in which my car was totaled. I have owned Toyotas, Nissans and GMCs, and buying each one was so unpleasant. Nissan is by far the worst, and the car (2005 Maxima) was a huge disappointment. I dreaded this, but was pleasantly surprised at the professionalism and courtesy shown by everyone at this dealership. Memo was great--no pressure, just patient and knowledgeable. Roberto was the same--professional and focused on service. By the way, I am a woman, and did not feel that they talked down to me or discounted my knowledge and preferences--something I always experienced at other dealerships. I highly recommend this dealership and especially Memo and Roberto. More
