Buying a new car was very bitter sweet b/c I loved my pilot and I wasn't ready to give it up. With two kids I knew it was time to make the move to a minivan. Yesterday I walked into the Russell and Smith ready to buy an minivan, but not wanting to be yanked around. I walked in talked to Memo, told him exactly what I wanted, and with in 15 min we had a price. No haggling back and forth, just straight to the point. I was very thankful for this. After not having a car for a month after my accident I was ready to have my own car again. Even though it was his day off Santos made sure that I got the best deal possible. Janet was AMAZING.
