Russell & Smith Honda

On Saturday, we were looking at purchasing a 2013 Nissan Altima, but after spending a couple of hours looking at the various versions, the vehicle we selected was in Dallas and we would not know if it was a Altima, but after spending a couple of hours looking at the various versions, the vehicle we selected was in Dallas and we would not know if it was available until Monday. We decided to put the car on hold for us until Monday morning. Russell Smith Honda was just on the other side of the freeway so we thought we would just drive over and check out what they had. We were promptly greeted by Hussani. He was very kind, informative and not pushy like the stereotypical salesman. We told Hussani we wanted to look at the Accord. He was like a little energizer bunny running around trying to act quick as possible between grabbing keys to the various cars and obtaining answers to the trade-in value of our BMW, but yet was very calm, collected and professional. Once we decided we wanted to move forward with the Accord, we met TJ. After our experience with the Sales Manager at Nissan, we weren't quite sure what to expect from TJ, but he was nothing but high class. By this time, the store were closed, but working with Hussani, TJ and ultimately Ami, you wouldn't have known it. Ami handled our financing and was very well versed in doing so. She made what is usually an incredibly complex and confusing situation very clear, simple in concise. Not to mention, she has an innate ability to write upside down. It was 10:15pm by the time we departed our new friends at Russell & Smith, but it was an experience we will never forget. More
