Janet went above and beyond what most financial managers would normally do, she really worked with me and I got the vehicle I really wanted a 2012 CR V. I think I'm in love with not only my new SUV but the people at Russell and Smith as well. The dealership location is only 10 minutes away from my home. I worked with Jon and Ami to buy and finance my new 2012 Honda Accord. I live in the Dallas area and did not have a good experience with my local dealership. And it was straightforward - I love their "out the door" price. That's what I want, because in my experience, a quote on a car is really nowhere near what you end up paying by the time the dust clears. With Jon, it was. I flew to Houston, car unseen, and was absolutely thrilled with my purchase and my experience there. I keep my cars for at least 10 years, but in 2022, if I'm in the market for a new car, I will defintely look at Russell and Smith again. More
