I met Janet Cousins in 2006 when I purchased my first Honda. It was a 2003 Honda Pilot EX-L. I still had the same vehicle when I wanted to upgrade. So, I began my new car search with Janet based on lo Honda. It was a 2003 Honda Pilot EX-L. I still had the same vehicle when I wanted to upgrade. So, I began my new car search with Janet based on loyalty to her from my previous past experence. My preference was to stay in another Honda Pilot or SUV-type vehicle. However, at the time, they did not have a vehicle to meet my desired preferences (color, options, etc.) Janet, as always, was professional, friendly, and understanding that I didn't want to consider other vehicles although I agreed to see what they had available. John Moore was also professional, friendly, helpful and VERY patient with me as he showed me a slew of other Honda vehicles but I was stuck in the "SUV-mode." Eventually I noticed a brand new 2012 Honda Accord EX-L on the showroom floor that I absolutely loved and had mentioned to Janet that I knew I could not afford. However, Ms. Janet informed me that there were many buyer incentives available that could help me if I wanted her to try for me. To say the least, she worked some majic! However, I was still wanting to look around and Janet was very nice and patient and very understanding. I continued to look around and even considered going with a Ford!? I soon found out that all the used SUV's I had looked at were going to cost me the same as the new Accord that Janet had discussed with me. In the end I returned to Janet, and came full circle where I began my new car search. I purchased the 2012 Honda Accord and I love my new car. John sat with me in my new vechile showing and explaining all the gadgets and buttons and he even helped me set up the Bluetooth! He walked around the entire car and showed me stuff I never thought of knowing. He also explained the difference between all the manuals! This is my very first new car purchase ever! Thank you Janet! Also, thanks to Amy for explaining all the paperwork to me so I knew what I was signing, and for processing so much paper efficently and effortlessly. I will recommend Russell & Smith Honda to all my friends and family!! More

With the added assistance from Ian’s extremely helpful assistant, Susan, I finally found the PERFECT car for me here at Russell & Smith Honda. I had driven several other Hondas in my car search prior to my visit to see Ian at Russell & Smith Honda, but I could not find the right Honda for me. Ian sold me the 2011 Honda CR-V LX, and I love it! This is my third Honda—I have driven a Honda since 1986. My first two Hondas were the Accord EX, which I initially leased. At the conclusion of the five-year lease on my second Honda, I purchased it. However, after recently being hit in my 1990 Honda Accord EX, and after it was determined my car would have to be totaled, I had to search for a car. Of course, this was not easy for me, as I had driven my 1990 Honda for over 21 years, and I dreaded every minute of the search. However, after meeting with Ian, and having found the PERFECT car for me, I can only describe it as a memorable experience! Ian gave me one price—no haggling, and it was a GREAT DEAL! I am so grateful for Ian’s taking his time in getting the right car for me at the right price. It is truly appreciated. Came in for A3 service on my wife's 2007 Odyssey and was sold services performed for my wife (and unknown to me) 6 months prior at another Honda Dealership. After checking the receipts and requesting refun sold services performed for my wife (and unknown to me) 6 months prior at another Honda Dealership. After checking the receipts and requesting refund for the unneeded service, the manager, Wes Blair, has taken over 2 weeks to coordinate with the other Honda dealership and has yet to refund our money or resolve the issue to our satisfaction. Post-script: The sales manager, Jack Carney did eventually resolve the issue to our satisfaction and refunded us for the services that were not needed. Also, I should note for the record that although they sold us services we (and another Honda dealer) feel were unneeded, when I asked them for new tires for the vehicle they told me I did not need them, a positive note for their integrity. Overall a bad experience, but possibly not indicative of their business ethic. More
