Andy worked very hard to locate any available Si within a few days of my decision to purchase one. Although initially unsuccessful to find one, the dealership was able to order one and get one built in the exact color I wanted. Andy kept me informed of the progress and last week surprised me with a call that my car was being delivered to the dealership (almost exactly one month after my first visit to Russell & Smith Honda)! When I took delivery of the car, Andy patiently and clearly demonstrated all the important features of the car. He set up the phone Bluetooth Hands Free Link system for me and made sure I was familiar enough with all the other functions of the interior to drive off safely. There were no surprises or hidden fees, which we found to be the case once we arrived to the dealership. We really appreciated the entire hassle-free experience and Andy was great. We then had an opportunity to work with Roberto Montemayor, who was also outstanding, very professional, unassuming, and friendly. He outlined our options without applying pressure on us to take any certain route, and we really appreciated the time he took with us to explain our options. Lastly, Andy and the manager (Jack Carney) followed up with us after our purchase, making us continue to feel as valued customers even after our transaction was complete. In the end, we felt we got an excellent deal on our vehicle while having a very positive interaction with everyone we worked with at the dealership. We were looking for a 2012 Odyssey and we were beyond disappointed with the customer service we received from the Honda dealerships in our local area. The price we were quoted over the phone was the exact same price we paid for the vehicle. We were happy to pay a little more for the vehicle due to the exceptional treatment we received from this dealership. Ray Huddelston was our salesman and he was very professional and made sure we knew everything about the vehicle before we left. He treated us as though we were buying a luxury vehicle. I left CD's in the truck we traded (which by the time I figured it out, the truck had left their lot) and Ray made the effort to get them back for me. We were waiting for the finance office and it was later in the evening. They saw we had 3 very young kids who were tired.
