First I just want to say I had been dreading buying a new car, I hate talking to salesmen,but my car that i had for 9 years at 174,000 miles needed some repairs and It was time to buy a new car. I started looking at different cars and searched online. Once I decided I was going to purchase a Honda Accord, I found great pricing at Russell Smith, when I called the Dealership I was notified of the .9 financing, and was assured this was the time to buy. The Dealership allowed me to fill out paperwork online/email,and within minutes I was pre-approved for the low interest rate.I was trying to be sure this could all be a 1 day deal as i was driving in from austin and trading in my car. Once I arrived at the Dealership, i was immediatley greeted and taken to the car that i had been looking at online. it was in the make ready area, in the shade, The Salesman Phillip went over the features of the car and we took It for a test drive. While the other sales associate Andy took my car to be assesed for trade-in value. After the test drive I was personally introduced to Ian and we discussed the details of the car, and my credit,then I was personally escorted to the finance agent-roberto, and He went over the different options and upgrades. While I was in the finance office the dealership was already having the new car cleaned and ready for me to drive home. I was offered refreshments , Once all the paperwork was signed and completed, the sales associate Andy went over in detail, the booklet that comes with the car and he helped me to pre-program some features, like how you want your doors to lock and unlock, windows down with the key, while you are walking up to the car, radio/clock programing etc... So In short I just want to say that the enitre experience was very relieving...all the sales people were beyond nice, the atmosphere was very relaxed and all the paperwork I had to sign, was explained to me so that I understood. I never felt any pressure, and they made my new car buying experience totally enjoyable.Everything involved with buying the car went so smoothly I was back on the road driving home in my new car and feeling pretty good about the whole deal. However in Russel and Smith everything was different. Jaime Rangel was outside and when we were approaching to the main door, he gave us a welcome like anybody else did in the former 5 dealers. His customer service was more than excellent; we arrived the dealership at 6: 15 pm and we left at 11:45 pm. He showed us 5 cars, he was really patient, he answered all our questions, he went back and forth like 6 or 7 times to the office to talk to Dino and Rodriguez about the best offers for us. Now Jaime is a friend, we are really grateful for all that he did. Also I want to talk about Dino; his profesionalism was incredible, he was always busy counting cars outside, dealing with customers, but he was able to greet us, to listen carefully, to understand our priorities and concerns. Also Roberto (Robert)and Amy were great, (sorry Amy for waiting for us so late)but eventhough were 11:45 pm she always had a smile for us and she answered all our questions. I would recommend this dealer because I went in only having a general idea of what I wanted and what I could afford. I also told him what kind of car I was wanting to look at and without any hesitation he answer any question I could throw at him and proceeded to show me the different models and features that were on each model until we found one for a reasonable price and at the end of the day I drove off the lot with a brand new Honda Fit. This was an awesome car-buying experience. Due to circumstances, I only had a short time to find and purchase an automobile. I had done some research into a few cars I was interested in, and I definitely wanted to test out the Honda Fit, but it was only by amazingly good fortune that I happened into Russell & Smith Honda. My salesperson, Justin, was friendly and helpful from the instant I walked in. He explained all my options and never tried to pressure me into any features I did not want or need. This was definitely contrary to my experience at other dealerships. Once my decision had been made (not a tough decision), the paperwork was drawn up and signed. It was a very smooth process. The payments were what I expected, and I felt very good about the purchase. I might add that it was pretty late when I wandered into the dealership, and both Justin and Roberto were extremely patient and pleasant in handling my paperwork, even though it was after 10p by the time I left. I've been driving my Fit for one week now, and it is awesome! I love it! I would definitely recommend Russell & Smith Honda to anyone! More

What a great experience. From the first contact on the phone until I signed on the dotted line, this dealership did everything right. Total time at the dealer was less than an hour and a half, including phone until I signed on the dotted line, this dealership did everything right. Total time at the dealer was less than an hour and a half, including a trade in appraisal, walk through of the vehicle I was purchasing as well as the finance/business office portion. Everyone was friendly and the GM came out and said hello and was very personable as well. I will not hesitate to do business with this dealership again for another Honda or a used vehicle. All dealers should be this good and few even come close. More
