I had the opportunity to obtain a quote on a 2011 Pilot EX from Jack Carney prior to visiting the dealership. Upon my arrival at the business, Jack took time out of his busy schedule to meet with me, and introduced me to Memo. Memo spent time with me discussing my needs, and we test drove a vehicle. He did an excellent job in explaining details and the options on the vehicle. After a vehicle was selected, a fair deal was finalized with Jack and Memo. Ami was very efficient in processing the paperwork to close the transaction. When the process was completed, the vehicle was ready to be delivered. Memo handled this task in a thorough and prompt manner, and I was in possession of my new vehicle. Everyone I worked with was very friendly, courteous, and professional. No one ever attempted to pressure me in any manner. The experience was a pleasant one, and I will definitely refer others to Russell & Smith Honda. More

I came in about two weeks ago, wanting to take a look at a used car I saw on the Russell & Smith Honda inventory online. My dad and I took it for a test drive, just the two of us. I was surprised. Dung had allowed us to leave the lot and take the car for a test drive by ourselves. At that moment, he immediately built a certain level of trust with us. When we came back and starting discussing our options, he did not pressure us into buying a car. He was not like the funky crooked car sellers that are depicted in the movies. He gave us the complete drive out price from the beginning. He was straight to the point about the pricing and did not hassle us with having to go back and forth negotiating prices. I was interested in purchasing a new Honda Civic Coupe EX-L. They had one being shipped out, so he told me he would call and hold it for me when it ships in so I can take a look at it and make my decision. There was no pressure at all! My dad and I were impressed by his professionalism and appreciated how friendly and down to earth he was. About a week passed by and I received a follow-up call from him; then on Wednesday, I received another phone call from him informing me that the car was in. My dad and I came in today to take the car for a test drive, then we sat down and filled out the paperwork. When we were ready to look into financing options, we sat in Andy's office. He was very professional and was patient with me while I took my time figuring out which financing plan would work best for me. He and my dad were joking around because I was being so careful with choosing a financing option. I think it took me about 30-45 minutes before I decided on one. He helped us fill out all the necessary paperwork and explained additional coverage options to us. I signed up for GAP coverage because it was only $3.33 more a month! What a deal! Thanks Dung and Andy for all of your help! I will be picking up my first new car purchase on Monday. :) More
