I do not live in Houston, and I was unsatisfied with the two Honda dealerships I'd visited locally. I told him exactly what vehicles I'd been considering, right down to color preference. Ian said they had both in stock, whereas the other two dealers I'd visited did not. We discussed pricing, & he even processed my credit app before I made the two hour drive to Houston. The offer was unbeatable, and the service experience could be unmatched! Ian, as well as the entire staff who worked with me, were the epitome of professionalism and enjoyable company. Before visiting Russell & Smith Honda, I've visited few dealers, such as a CarMAX & Gillman Honda, and I had the best experience in Russel & Smith Honda. I was looking for a used certified car, 2010 y few dealers, such as a CarMAX & Gillman Honda, and I had the best experience in Russel & Smith Honda. I was looking for a used certified car, 2010 year and was mainly checking Honda, Toyota & Mazda cars. I've checked 7 used cars in CarMAX and wasn't 100% satisfied with any of them, due to few reasons, such as the exterior & especially interior was not in a good conditions and you can feel that it is USED one. The prices were also higher (in compare with others dealers, I've checked with) & the main thing, is that they don't provide any guarantee, apart from the first 5 days, when you can actually bring the car back if you don't like it for some reason. In opposite to them, the car that I've been shown in Russel & Smith (2900 South Loop West) was in great conditions and you can't say that it was used by someone, thought the previous owner have driven 24,000 miles already. The main contact person for me was Hussain (I don't have his surname, unfortunately), who acted very friendly, patient and answered on all my questions. I was provided with the CarFAX as well. On top of that, the guarantee for a few years was provided also. An additional service for Honda Care is also available, but at additional cost. Now, it's 1 month since I'm driving my Honda Accord and I'm very happy with my purchase so far. More
