I have been very pleased with the service I've gotten from Balil and Roberto. My only comment would be that I had to get $1000 of new tires two weeks after getting the Lexus, and some monetary assistanc from Balil and Roberto. We mentioned a rumble when we test drove the car and it seems it was the tires. The dealership could have likely gotten a much better price on the tires if they had gotten involved. I would still definantly recommend this dealership, they have been quite accommodating, responsive, and a pleasure to work with. Balil is great. More

My teenage daughter showed up at the dealer and Ray meet her with a big small( according to her)we were not with her.He treated her with the utmost respect.She called her dad and I at home while she is maki her with a big small( according to her)we were not with her.He treated her with the utmost respect.She called her dad and I at home while she is making a deal with Ray and our first thought was "our poor child this salesman is going to eat her alive".After doing our research with other dealerships we found that this price was the best.We left the car to have a lo-jack installed.We returned the next day and it took less than 5 min.to drive off with the car.It was truly great working with Ray.Ray thanks for taking our little girl seriously!
