I have visited this dealership twice in the last 4 years. Bought a Honda Odessey and now a Pilot. Definitely enjoyed my experience. Why? We had decided to look at the 2011 Odyssey and the Honda dealer that we first visited did not have a great selection of models or colors. They seemed unwilling to work with us because they were focused on dealer that we first visited did not have a great selection of models or colors. They seemed unwilling to work with us because they were focused on selling current inventory by month end. We called Russel & Smith Honda and spoke with Bilal and are very thankful that we did. He reviewed their current inventory with us over the phone and informed us that they had similar vehicles in the color we were looking for but the EX-L with RES was scheduled to arrive to their dealership later in the week. We went to Russel & Smith to look at the available colors. When we arrived, Bilal was extremely friendly and welcoming. He had already gotten the keys for the vehicles and we immediately walked out to the lot. We were there with our 2 year old son and 4 month old daughter, which made vehicle shopping a bit difficult. He wanted us to get a feel of the Odyssey so he chased our son around and even held our daughter, drool and all, while we looked. Although it was getting late, he spent time showing us the vehicle and reviewing its features. He was extremely knowledgeable about everything inside and out, and answered all of our questions. We knew we wanted an Odyssey and that we wanted to buy it from Bilal at Russel & Smith. We went back in to talk about pricing and didn't feel pressured at any point. He worked with us and our expectations and went above and beyond for a fair negotiation. Bilal definitely has a customer service focus and he makes you feel that. He communicated with us throughout the week on the status of vehicle and when it was expected in. After it arrived, Bilal showed us the car and helped us set up some of the features. We even got a call the next morning to see if we had any questions about the vehicle. Thanks Bilal. More

Besides the long wait to talk to financing department, GREAT EXPERIENCE. I bought my car on the last day of the month, so that is why I experienced a long wait.
