About 2 1/2 years ago, I moved to Houston from New York City and needed to get a car. My dad and I went to Russell and Smith based on its stellar reputation. Santos Cabrera was the gentleman who helped us City and needed to get a car. My dad and I went to Russell and Smith based on its stellar reputation. Santos Cabrera was the gentleman who helped us at the time of purchase. Santos was just and fair. He knew what we wanted and he gave a fair price. He also gave me his cell number and to call him anytime. The reason I adore Santos and Russell and Smith, is because their service does not end at the time of purchase. Santos called me a few weeks after I purchased the car to say hi, see how I am doing and to see how the car was running. Once I hit a pole in a parking lot and was not sure what to do. I called Santos and the first thing he asked me was if I was okay and he offered to come by and give me a lift if I was too nervous to drive home. I was okay to drive home but he still called me an hour later to make sure I got home okay. He also walked me through the steps regaring the insurance and repair. He even gave me numbers of repair shops. Another time, my battery died unexpectedly. I recently got a new battery but about a month later it died (during the Feb 2011 freeze). I could not even turn on my car. Santos drove over to the apartment complex with a battery charger and got my car running. Though I was relieved, Santos suggested we take the car to the dealership because he was concerned why the battery died so suddenly. It turns out there was a bad cell, but Santos was right there to follow through. He even called a week later to make sure the car was running well. The dealership staff is fabulous. They are always polite and smiling. They keep me in the loop and explain everything to me. This dealership has really treated me like family. Santos and his crew have always gone above and beyond. I feel very safe knowing I have Russell and Smith. More

Knowing we wanted a new CRV we looked around and even started our search at another Honda dealership. Not very impressed with the customer service or sales team, we left that dealership and started call started our search at another Honda dealership. Not very impressed with the customer service or sales team, we left that dealership and started calling other dealerships the next morning. Luckily, Santos answered the phone! He listened to my husband over the phone, he gave us a price (about $1000 cheaper than the other dealership with exact same specs) and immediately started working with us before we left our house. Once we arrived everyone was very courteous; Santos showed us our options, pulled two CRV's for us to look at and test drive, reviewed features we weren't aware of before, and continued to listen to what we were saying. When it came time for financing options, Ami was wonderful, answered all our questions and was able to find us a great rate and, along with Santos, stayed within our monthly budget like we originally asked. This was by far the best experience we've ever had buying a car and I will recommend this dealership to anyone and everyone! They have created two loyal customers for life! More
