They are very transparent in every step of the process. No secret, No lies, No surprise. What you see/hear is what you will pay for. We have a very bad credit. Two foreclosures and bankruptcy 2 years ago... guess what? they made it happen! we got the best interest rate, of course it is not as good as people who have excellent credit, but when we ask our friends who has bought car from them a month ago, it was just 2.5% difference. Well, in our case... that is good enough for us! Not like the other that i know, that they were given between 18% to 25%. geeezzz... thats too much for them. I recommend this dealer to anyone who has the same situation like us.. try them! they are willing to work with you. More

Ian worked with my budget and needs and I ended with mu the best deal possible and went to several other places before landing at Russell and Smith. Ian worked with my budget and needs and I ended with much more of the extras than I ever hoped for at a low rate. Danny took me to drive and explained every detail of the car inside and out even in the pouring rain... they were patient and so courteous. I had been to several dealerships and they weren't nearly as cooperative or pleasant. Andy finished with the financing and it was a quick and easy visit. I'll be back to buy another car in 3 years. You can't beat their prices and highly recommend before you make a final deal anywhere check Russell and Smith out. Ask for Ian!!!!!! Thanks guys!!!! More

First, to test drive a Pilot and second, to get a price. We were able to do that with absolutely no hassle. After we test drove all the other vehicles we were concidering, we decided Honda's Pilot was the best value for the money, but we needed one more price from another Honda dealer. When we tried to compare another deal at another Honda dealer, we found it to be a hassle. When we finally got their final price, we found that we had the best deal allready, from Russell and Smith. Our sales person, Memo, was very efficient and informative. He was able to answer all our questions. He was able to get use our test drive and price without feeling pressured at any point. When we decided to make our purchase, Memo had our Pilot ready and the purchase process was smooth and easy. Shopping around was a waste of time, but it proved Russell and Smith was the best place to make our purchase. More

I have just replaced my 2001 Honda Accord with the 2010 model. Over the years I have found the customer service to be exceptional and this time is was first rate as I expected it to be. These guys were great with me....and they had a fairly unique situation to deal with. Bottom line, they had to coordinate with estate issues as well as fulfilling my personal needs. He wasn't pushy and he was very respectful at all times. We liked his attitude so much that when we finally decided to actually purchase our Pilot, we went to see him first to sort of give him "first dibs", however due to some "inflexibility" with the pricing, we got our vehicle from another dealer that same day. Bilal promptly and professionally provided the prices and responses to my questions. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, and polite both before and after the sale. The financial portion of the was handled by Roberto Montemayor again in a very friendly, polite, and professional manner. I am very satisfied was the service, quality of work, and price I received at Russell & Smith. Needless to say my overall experience was very positive. The next time I'm in the market for a vehicle I'll visit Russell & Smith first. More

One note, I hate car sales places because I feel that the bargaining is a gimmick to rip people off based upon their negotiation skills. Don't understand why cars can't just have their list price and that's it. Could you imagine a world where everything you purchased you had to waste time negotiating everything? That aside, i did have to negotiate but i just said, give me your best deal and i'll buy. if it doesn't match what i'm looking for, thank you for your time and i'm leaving. they gave me a fair price up front and i negotiated it down a little bit more. Blue booked everything afterwards and saw that i got an exceptional deal, really exceptional. More
