As an example in March of 2010 I took my neighbor's to Russell & Smith to buy a Honda Fit. Not only was Nang's price $1,200 less than Streater-Smith's Honda in Conroe (Nang's price included leather and a moon roof and their's did not) but since they took a Fit off the showroom floor he knocked another 200.00 off. From the time we walked in the door to driving out with the new Fit the whole process took only 75 minutes which included appraising their trade, making ready their new vehichle, and completing all the paperwork. We traded in our 2009 Honda Pilot for a 2011 model. He was very efficient when I called him and he got all the paperwork ready for me to sign when I got there. As an added bonus, he showed me the features I forgot how to use on my old Pilot, like setting up the headphones and adjusting the fader so my kids can watch DVD in the back while I listen to other music in the front. I now can enjoy the full benefits on my Pilot which I love. We will definitely recommend him to any of our friends and family. More
