I was looking for a civic/ called him again when i saw the recent promotion, he remembered who i was and what i was looking for. I went 1 time for paperwork and the next visit was to pick up my new car. He is an outstanding, straightforward, and caring Sales Associate. I did not meet his manager, and wish i had. Between the two, We had absolutely no problems w any financial issues and putting the deal together.He frequently kept me updated on approval status throughout the day. What i was quoted over the phone was exactly what it was when it came time to sign paperwork. Memo was outstanding in having the car i wanted with the exact options and color i wanted as well. At time of delivery, he sat with me in my car and explained every single function of every single item inside and out, and it did not matter how long it took or how many questions i had. I have never had a sales associate do that on any car ive purchased and also reassured me he would be there for me if i had any questions or concerns after driving out. Our next encounter was w Ami Tran the finacial manager. She is the most sweetest and caring individual we have ever met in the Finance Dept. She has the best personality professionalism, and caring demeanor in dealing with this end of the purchase. She is extremely knowledgeable and organized in her line of work. We had everything signed in less than 20 minutes!!!!. She had also arranged a followup service to add a feature to the car, and had a loaner already reserved within that amount of time as well. I have never had such a pleasurable car purchasing experience in my whole life. The Russell and Smith atmosphere is so pleasant when you first walk in the door, Every individual there greeted us and asked if we needed help. When the managers behind the glass saw us come thru door, they knew who were and who our salesperson were. This dealership deserves more than a 5!! and i will never be able to say enough about them.
