Patrick told me straight up they would sell the pilot for with no strings attached, and I found it to be a very reasonable offer. It was refreshing to know that what I was being told over the phone & via email was accurate and honest. When I got to the dealership with the quote received, Patrick stayed true to his word and everything went extremely smooth. Andy, from finance, then went through all the paperwork with me.
