I DID NOT experience any of this with Russell and Smith Honda. They were prompt with giving me a quote and efficient with the paperwork which took about 30 minutes to sign. Andy Nguyen was very honest, friendly and knowledgable and there were never any hidden charges that popped up. Tan Nguyen was a sweetheart, he was always going out of his way to go above and beyond what we needed. He actually picked my husband up from the shop where he returned his old car to so that I would not have to rush from the other side of town to do so. We did not ask him to do this, he just offered this out of pure kindness. The whole experience that I had was that they just seemed to go the extra mile with everything. I have bought many cars and I have never had the sales person actually take me to the car and go over how to work everything and explain things in such detail as Tan did. It is common knowledge that Honda is known for its quality but I also believe the saying that "a place is only as good as its employees" which makes Russell and Smith Honda the best car dealership around. I also purchased the consumer report document explaining what you should pay, etc. We agreed via email on a price and I told him I would be in later that afternoon. I was only at the dealership for a total of 45 minutes. My vehicle was ready when I arrived. I signed papers with Nang and another nice gentleman in financing. Danny showed me around the vehicle explaining everything and assisted me in setting up my Bluetooth.
