This was my first car buying experience and I was terrified of sales pressure as I don't take well to it. TJ was so easy to deal with and applied no pressure whatsoever. Patrick told me straight up they would sell the pilot for with no strings attached, and I found it to be a very reasonable offer. It was refreshing to know that what I was being told over the phone & via email was accurate and honest. When I got to the dealership with the quote received, Patrick stayed true to his word and everything went extremely smooth. Andy, from finance, then went through all the paperwork with me. He was extremely helpful and answered any questions I had about the interest rates, extended warranties, etc. The whole time I was at the store I felt like I was a respected customer and that the staff had my best interests at heart. I was referred to Russell & Smith Honda by a friend of mine! My husband and I went in looking for a fully loaded Accord, but wanted the notes to be around $500. Once we arrived we were greeted by Moise, mine! My husband and I went in looking for a fully loaded Accord, but wanted the notes to be around $500. Once we arrived we were greeted by Moise, who showed us every car we wanted to see (about 3-4 cars) that matched what we wanted. Each car had more or less, so we could get a feel/look at all of our options. He asked us if there were any features we could do without just in case our perfect car didn't match our budget. After we made our selection, Janet and Jack talked about ways they could help us get the car we wanted! Shah went over our financial instabilities and what we could do to correct the deliquencies on the credit report. Next we went and sat in with Janet so she could crunch the numbers as well as get a feel for what we could put down or trade in. We started out hafng to put down $2000. While Janet got us approved with Honda financial department, Jack worked his magic with keeping our payments close to $500. Long story short with the help of the Jack, Janet, Moise, Shah team, we drove off in our fully loaded Accord minus navigation (one of our "can do withouts") without having to put any money down! This experience was made great because we dealt with people that LOVE what they do and made every adjustment to make sure we left happy and satisified! More
