I stubbleed on the Russell and Smith Dealer why car shopping and my was I pleasantly surprised. They had a wide selection of used hondas. My husband and I have been customers of Russell and Smith for years. We live in Katy and decided to try Honda Cars in Katy but they were unable to finance us. So three days later we went to Russell and Smith because we have history with them and even though they are a smaller company they are far more concerned about their customers and go the extra mile to see that their customers get what they want. There was no pressure. From the moment we walked in we spoke to Janet Cousins who immediately called Ron to show us what inventory was available. They gave us a fair trade in for our 2005 Honda Civic and within a couple of hours the deal was finalized and we drove home in our 2010 Honda Civic. Janet, Ron, Santos and Ami are wonderful. If you ever want to buy a new Honda, this is the dealer you should go to. My house is not close to this dealer at all and there are few others close by, BUT Russell & Smith is the winner. I had hundreds of questions about buying the new car so I e-mailed Ron Reeves at least 10 times a day and he replied right away every single time. At that moment, I knew that they're different. I did go to other dealers, one offered us the price is way too much. The other one is nice to me, but by telling me that it will cost them $600 to do window tint, I walked away....The day we went to the dealer was a Saturday and of course we got there at least 30 minutes earlier since we were so excited. Ron was taking care of another customer who also arrived earlier so he came to us and said "I am so sorry but I will take care of you!" In about 2 minutes, his manager Tom took us to his office and went over everything. We knew that they didn’t have the color we wanted on that day but we still want to get all the paperwork done so Tom is a big help. Ron came over to Tom’s office few times to check on us and ran back to his customer. After a week, we went to pick up our car and it’s exactly what we wanted. After we finished the financing part, Ron already cleaned our car and had it ready outside the door. It’s pretty, clean and smells so good. That’s not the end. I had to call my insurance company to make sure that my new car is covered so Ron waited for us while I was talking to the agent on the phone for almost half hour. Ron explained everything we should know about the new car, (well I was too excited to remember everything). It’s hard to describe their good services by words, so if you ever want to or even think about getting a new Honda, you should go to Russell & Smith and they won’t disappoint you!!! More

When I got out of my car Ron greeted me and asked if he could help. Then he asked if I wanted a new or used car, and what price range was I looking for. Linda called my insurance company so I could put the car on my policy, she then gave them all the information they needed. Even though I did not have A1 credit they were just as nice, and they worked very hard to get the car within my price range.They made me feel Important,and they did not try and push any thing on me; because, of my credit, like some dealership do.To lose them you would lose a jewel.I feel they can relate to the low income people. This was the easiest and best buying experience ever. Russell & Smith's dealer, NANG, gave us exactly what we were looking for ... even the rare SLATE GREEN color that we've been waiting for! He didn't waste our time with phony sales rep mumbo jumbo. His dealership didn't have the color we wanted with DVD/Navi ... but in less than 2 weeks ... he got us our car LAST NIGHT! This is our first purchased car. I've heard so many horror stories about buying cars and dealing with the sales rep, but Nang was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and SWIFT. We'll definitely recommend Nang to all our friends & relatives! Also, Shah was a great guy too! He closed up the deal swiftly! He answererd all our last minute questions ... and the deal was done! Deborah was very sweet and helpful. For the first time of my life, I actually enjoyed car shopping and I did not experience the stress I usually feel when car shopping. We realized that there was a mistake on the internet price the car I wanted was priced at, but Russell & Smith Honda honored the price that was indicated, to my benefit. I went into this dealership with an open mind and came out satisfied beyond my expectations.
