R&S provided a professional, honest offer on a new vehicle and dealt fairly with me on a trade in. R&S also provided written confirmation of their offer and honored my request to consider the deal overnight with no change to the R&S offer. The next day after accepting the R&S new vehicle offer I presented my used vehicle as a trade in. The used car reviewer/assessor evaluated my car as I did - meaning we both agreed, independently, to its condition. Again I was well prepared with market information. Clearly there is no substitute for being prepared in advance of any major purchase. Give-and-take discussions between me and Ray Huddleston were polite, candid and truthful.
