He was VERY familiar with the vehicle as well as with the on screen menu. He customized the settings to my liking and saved me hours of reading and tweaking. When I picked up my license plates a month later I saw him and wanted to say hi and he went out of his way to install the plates for me. Michael is a very nice guy and I look forward to working with him again at the end of my lease when I replace this Ridgeline with a 2023 model. More
