The car has obviously changed but Zee was helpful and patient as he meticulously showed me all of the new features, He paired my phone using Bluetooth, helped me set my radio presets, and showed me other controls and settings. The Honda experience with Hanson While in for routine maintenance on my Honda Pilot my husband and I visited the showroom. I was interested in seeing the new Passport in person after While in for routine maintenance on my Honda Pilot my husband and I visited the showroom. I was interested in seeing the new Passport in person after viewing it on line. We were introduced to Hanson Le. He was very personable and quite knowledgeable about the 2019 Passport. After a test drive and information Hanson gave me on the 3 Passport models I decided to purchase the Touring. Hanson made sure my husband and I were comfortable during the buying process. Before we left the dealership Hanson walked me through all the bells and whistles that my beautiful new Passport possesses. Excellent Customer Service Excellent experience. I made my appointment online. I got 2 different reminders prior the visit. Once in the dealership I had to wait less than 5 mi Excellent experience. I made my appointment online. I got 2 different reminders prior the visit. Once in the dealership I had to wait less than 5 min to someone come and take my car and all the details of my service. I also did the Texas State Inspection and they gave me all the options recommended for the service with their cost upfront. I waited in the dealership where the accommodations are really good, with plenty space and coaches to sit in, coffee and vending machines. The whole service and inspection which included oil change, tire rotation, multipoint inspection, texas state inspection and change and service battery (they found it was almost dead) it took around 2 hours and a half from getting out of the car to get back in. More
