Fast service and helpful staff! Brought my car in for service and it was handled in a timely manner. Got my car back and the initial service was completed fine, but there was a little defect caused elsewhere as a result. Brought my car back and it was fixed within 10 minutes, no big deal. Only thing keeping this review from being a 5 star is that the service advisor I worked with sent me a text asking how my car was doing after the initial service. I told him about the little defect that was a result of the service and he didn't respond to me for a whole day (mind you I replied to his text within five minutes and it was around 2 PM, so they weren't closing anytime soon either). The day after he texted me again, but to complete a survey for him. Completely ignoring what I told him, so that's the one star loss. Everything after was fine though, maybe just work on their communication skills. More
