This dealership sold my daughter a car without informing her that they put a warranty in the contract which she told them she didn't want. Then the car stopped running so she brought it in. The charged her her that they put a warranty in the contract which she told them she didn't want. Then the car stopped running so she brought it in. The charged her $200 and did nothing to fix it but stripped all the lugnuts. When I called and asked about this they said they didn't do it and the car hadn't been looked at by there shop. My daughter has texts the day she brought it in for service with one of the techs. I purchased a Carfax to see if it got reported and it did but they put it under as an unknown dealer when they reported it so they wouldn't get in trouble for messing up the car but the texts and Carfax line up on the same day. The idiots are lying threw there teeth. This is the most unethical new car store I've ever dealt with. Don't buy anything from these people and especially don't take anything to the service department. A bunch of xxxxxxxx!!! More

We were not treated well! The sales rep & manager were not nice, tried to make our buying experience very difficult/stringent. In fact we were told that the dealership tries to be more stringent than Texas state laws. So cruel. When we disagreed with d Sales rep's decision, he was reluctant to talk to his manager. We insisted on speaking with the manager, but were never given the direct opportunity. He went to speak with the manager and they were demanding for information as if we were criminals. We showed our displeasure as we stood watching the sales rep and manager discuss, but the manager did not have the courtesy to talk to us at least to dissuade our displeasure. Instead, he walked right past us without even an acknowledgment. Very unprofessional and outright rude. Also, we were not offered any refreshments, not even drinking water, yet they claim to have coffee, cookies, popcorn. The car was also not washed properly. More
