The service center is clean and has a nice sitting area for customers. Most of the service advisors I met over the last couple of years look very tired, and they do not seem to want to talk. Big drop in their quality of service and large increase in cost along with bad items like using a credit card add on fees at a place that charges hundreds to thousands of dollars.
