Service Director needs new attitude 60 days after buying a brand new Mazda CX-5 SUV, the driver side cushion mysteriously started to pill and tear away. The service director came outside and told me two of the stupidest and disrespectful things I have ever heard of: 1) the reason why the seat is piling is because I am sitting "too close to the wheel" he tells me and 2) this happens to all makes and models. Then he takes me inside and shows me on google how other cars have similar problems. What is wrong with this man???!!! I just dropped half my yearly salary on this car!!! This is the service director!!! I'll never return to Russell and Smith Mazda again! More

The price we received over the phone from Gilton was the price we paid for the vehicle when we got there. He did beat all other prices without any knowledge of my findings. He put his best foot forward and stood by his deal. We also got a very favorable trade-in allowance. Gilton was a professional in all sense of the word and he will not waste your time. Unprofessional attitude I went to this dealership for manual transmission, used honda civic. Right from the moment i entered the dealership I was dealt with casually. When I I went to this dealership for manual transmission, used honda civic. Right from the moment i entered the dealership I was dealt with casually. When I pointed the faults in the car, instead of explaining them to me, they were avoided. For eg. there were cigarette burns in back seat of car and when I pointed that he tried to lie that they were not cigarette burns because previous owner was nonsmoker. It could be easily seen that it was cigarette burns. Moving on, Gear shifting was hard. When I pointed that the response was "You might not have shifted it properly". Agreed there are faults in the used car, but having driven manual for 8 years, I know when there is a problem. Least they could do is say there is a bit of problem in that car. And after that when I tried bargaining, response was "you should go buy the car somewhere else". I mean even if its not possible for them to decrease the price, there is a better way to tell customers (Instead of dealing so unprofessionally). I would not generalize my experience to others in the dealership but with him, it was horrible. More
