My experience at Rusty Wallace Cadillac GMC Kia has been exceptional. I feel welcomed every time I take my car to get serviced. The service department is amazing! I bought my second car there when I upgraded to a newer car just based on the service I get through this dealership. I know I will buy another car at this dealership because I really like their service. I have been to other Kia dealerships in Texas and Florida, those other dealerships were nothing compared to Rusty Wallace Cadillac GMC Kia. I even recommend people to this dealership based on the level of care given. For anyone that is looking for exceptional service, an amazing atmosphere, and awesome customer service please go to this dealership. If this dealership reads my review I want to say THANK YOU! It is not easy to buy a car or go get your car serviced and this dealership managed to make it bearable. The waiting area is great. They offer coffee, snacks, drinks, and popcorn. I also take advantage of there wifi and sit at there desks to get computer work done, this makes my time spent there fly by. The staff is always helpful and kind. I want to thanks to Matt from the service department for being so helpful and courteous. He has always helped me learn about my car. Rita is another amazing personnel that makes this dealership amazing. She has called me to see how my service visit experience was, if there is anything shorter than an excellent experience she will do anything to get it fixed.
