"The most unprofessional dealership "

These dealership is a joke! The most unprofessional people I have ever met. They lie to your face to get you in a car...have you sign documents ..then say you stole the car. We have been harrassed and threatened for no reason by Tyler, Tommy and now some guy by the name of Jarred. We now have a lawyer involved as well as the Attorney General and news media . What they have done to us is basiclly Consumer Fraud! Do not go to Rusty Wallace at all ! Unless you want to be lied to and harassed by their staff.

"Service Department"

We recently had our oil changed in the service department at Rusty Wallace Kia in Morristown. We were treated very courteously (as usual),they took us right in and the car was ready when promised. They even walked us out to show us where our car was parked.We love our 2017 Kia Sorento.
