I’ll attempt to respond to each of the points of this review in order. Firstly, it is our utmost desire to provide all of our customers with the highest caliber of customer service. Our other positive reviews on this site are only a small example of the 5-star service our dealership prides itself in providing. Despite having access to over 40 different local and national lenders, even we can not get every customer approved for financing within the parameters they’d like. This is one such case. Since February 2011, we have been attempting to accommodate Ms. Drum with a new vehicle. Our attempts have involved 4 separate salespeople, 2 BDC agents, 2 sales managers and 2 finance managers spanning 8 months in time. Our continued efforts to assist Ms. Drum in acquiring a loan approval on a vehicle she would be happy with have all, to this point, been declined. After bringing all available resources to bear on our financial institutions to get an approval for Ms. Drum, the negative equity in her trade, combined with the limit on sales price due to applicant income and credit, left us with no vehicles immediately available to sell to Ms. Drum. Ms. Drum provided us with the name of a loan agent at her credit union who informed her she could be approved for a loan. At her direction, we made several attempts to reach the loan agent, who would not immediately return our calls. When we finally received a reply from the credit union, the stipulations were: total loan approval at $10000, including all taxes. The approval was also contingent on our purchasing Ms. Drum’s current vehicle (which carried a negative value of approximately $3000). The new vehicle also had to be no older than a certain year and have no more than a certain mileage amount, which precluded any vehicle we had in our inventory. As it is our goal to provide all our customers with new/newer cars within their budget that bring them many years of happy ownership, Mr. Talley had the unhappy task of informing Ms. Drum that we were unable to assist her further until a vehicle arrived into inventory that fit her financial circumstances. Since receiving this review, we have located a vehicle that fits all the criteria the bank requires. On contacting Ms. Drum with this news, we were informed the vehicle does not have enough doors. It saddens us to know of Ms. Drum’s subsequent dissatisfaction with the results of our efforts. We will continue to work diligently to assist Ms. Drum, as well as all our customers, to the furthest extent the financial institutions will allow. Jon Miles Sales Manager

You sort of didnt get the story right.You found a car whitch was a 2004 kia,whitch I never laid eyes on,was never even told about it until I recieved a letter from my credit union that it would not work.Then I was called and told that I was oked for another car,a 2 door I told everyone I needed a 4 door,I carry children and I dont like a 2 door because I am afraid of fire incase of an accident and could not get them out. It is a sporty car,Im a grandmother,I dont need a sports car,3RD it has 93000 miles on it,mine has 154000.I dont need to start paying out repairs on one plus a payment higher then I am paying now.Mine still runs very well and I know it is ok.4TH It would be nice to let people know what you are doing when you find cars. You knew I still owed on my car,I told you everything,How much I payed,And how much I could go up in payments.As far as you trying to finance me everywhere,I told you where I could get financed and who to talk to.Not to run my credit everywhere. As far as Mr.Talley I called to get internet prices,He is the one that told me they had lots of cars that would work,Thats why I called before I came down. Iam sure no one there would take something they didnt like.Still waiting on those phone calls that I was supose to get.Oh excuse me I did get one to tell me about the car they financed for me without telling me,but then they wanted me to take my comments off of the internet.Thank You for your time.

How could I have that much to pay off on my car you offered 2500.00 that left 500.00 (right)As far as being declined on a car that I would be happy with Witch one would that be I havent seen one,so how do you know that I would be happy with it????

We were greatly disappointed we could not accommodate Ms. Drum with a vehicle that fit her credit union's criteria. While a great deal of effort was put into getting an approval for Ms. Drum, our communication with her regarding these efforts could have been better. We wish Ms. Drum the best in finding the vehicle she wants most with a loan a lender will see fit to furnish.
