Good Experiences I was recently at Rusty Wallace Kia for service. The staff is very friendly and helpful. My wait time was for the oil change was not long at all and they have coffee and a TV available for the customers waiting. From arrival I was created with a friendly smile directed to the waiting room where fresh coffee, pop corn, WiFi, television, and even a work station was available to me as a service customer. My wait was not long but to my amasment a young lady came around and offered fresh fruit and different beverages to the waiting consumers. I would recommended Rusty Wallace to all my friends or any one I just happened to be talking to about automotive service experiences. More

Body shop failed We brought are car in for repair from an incident of vandalism. The car got towed in and they sat on it for a few days said they had to wait for the p We brought are car in for repair from an incident of vandalism. The car got towed in and they sat on it for a few days said they had to wait for the parts to come in. I advised the rep for the company that there is a recall and that the rear springs that hold the door up need to be replaced. She told me that they would bring it over when it was completed in the body shop. She called me last week to advise that it was ready. I asked if the recall had been completed and the springs replaced she said oops that had not been completed yet. That she would send it over there and get it taken care of. Well a week later they tell us our car is fixed to come pick it up. My wife goes there today the springs for the tailgate are still not fixed and there is still glass all over the place. I would find another place to go as they never called back after I talked to a rep their yesterday to tell me the car was done and it is not done not clean very dissatisfied. More
