A/C service Had an appointment on 8/19 to check A/C not cooling at all. In a short period of time they had found leaking hose. That was on a Friday afternoon, Monday afternoon Matt called that part was in and scheduled me in for Tuesday afternoon. I was there less than 3 hours, they got me going with nice cool air. Power Steering I had my vehicle looked at at Rusty Wallace, they found a way to get my power steering issue covered under GM special policy. This normally over $700 fix cost me $0.00 plus they replaced my drive belt also at no cost. Customer service was great. I only wish they would have called me when my car was done rather than me having to call and check on both visits-the diagnostics then the actual repair. More

They went the extra mile Recently I had a recall appointment for a used vehicle I had purchased at Rusty Wallace. It was a tow package replacement. A Canadian replacement pa Recently I had a recall appointment for a used vehicle I had purchased at Rusty Wallace. It was a tow package replacement. A Canadian replacement part was installed by mistake. I received a call from the service department manager within a half hour of this happening both apologizing for the mistake and wanting to set up another appointment, at my convenience, to correct the problem. I was appreciative for the immediate response. I set up another appointment where the service team got me in and out before the time I was expecting to get taken care of. Thank you for paying attention to the details. John More
