Great car and sales person horrible everything else Me and my wife have purchased 3 new Kia's in the last 2 years from Rusty Wallace, and have had few complaints in which they quickly resolved at first. Me and my wife have purchased 3 new Kia's in the last 2 years from Rusty Wallace, and have had few complaints in which they quickly resolved at first. Me and my wife are extremely picky and they inform us we have a right to be in purchasing new vehicles. They bought back our 2 year old Forte that we we unhappy with and got us into a brand new optima, while giving us well above trade in value. As far as the issues we faced, they were from trying to get our paper work to recieve money back on our extended warranty, gap insurance that my insurance covers, and the sales manager Jarred. Jarred would not leave a customer I referred to purchase a car alone, even after the customer told him to get away from him three times. They lost that customer and made me look bad for referring them. We are owed and were supposed to receive close to $1500 back from our extended warranty 6 to 8 weeks over two months ago. Thanks for messing that up Jarred and for making me look bad to my friends. Warning if you go there you have to deal with at least one of these morons in red and blue shirts. Ask for Chase, or Sierra if you do decide to face these people. This is they way they do, they make you feel important until you leave that door with a new car. More
