We had not even received any notification from Kia, but the service department took care of everything. The service department is great to work with and the waiting area is very nice. Had some great popcorn while we waited. I have been asked by several people about my Kia and where I bought it - always tell them for the best deal for the purchase is Rusty Wallace and what is even better is the service department.
