Wonderful experience as usual! I ordered a an automatic start for my Kia Sorrento on 12/31/14. I went in to have my regular oil change on 1/07. While signing in I asked about the status of delivery for the start. I was told they would check on it. While sitting in the waiting area I was informed that it had just arrived on the truck and that they would be glad to put it on that day. By 4:30 that evening I had my keys back in my hand, and I am loving my starter! I have always received top notch service from Rusty Wallace Kia from the day I bought my car, to every oil change, and the body department after I was rear ended. Clunky Noise FIXED! My 2007 Saturn Vue had developed some kind of clunky, strange noise that seemed to be coming from the right rear of the car. I called Rusty Wallace and was able to get my car into the service department that same day. Later that day the service department had analyzed the problem and I was pleasantly surprised to find out that the repair would NOT cost me a fortune. The repair was done in a timely manner, and I was able to pick up my car at a time convenient to me, since I could pick it up until 7:30 PM. I appreciated that! More
