Worst experience from any business I've ever dealt with!! Took my 02 duramax with failing injectors to get return rate tests done to see which ones I need to replace. Three weeks later and one phone call from Took my 02 duramax with failing injectors to get return rate tests done to see which ones I need to replace. Three weeks later and one phone call from dealer (phone call stating they did a balance rate as well as return rate test and all was good) I decided to show up and find out what's going on. Get there and see my truck parked out in the parking lot. Obviously furious at this point I find the manager and he got the tech, service director, and advisor together to find out what's going on. Come to find out the only thing done was a balance rate test (which wasn't even done properly) and they replaced a glow plug that they broke and two thermostats. No return rate tests or anything!! I took the truck and noticed it was now knocking and billowing white smoke out the exhaust (even under way and not just hazing at idle like when I took it there). I decided to just replace all 8 injectors and come to find out when I remove the return lines they are full of GASOLINE!! The manager had mentioned he had driven it quite a ways to try and "diagnose" the obvious problem and either him or some other genius there put gas in my diesel truck. There was no reason for them to drive it to begin with. When I took it in I already knew it was injectors and just wanted tests to see which ones. The three weeks this truck was out of commission just sitting there cost me about $4,000 and 4 of my hard earned customers. If they didn't have the time to get to it a simple phone call would have been great and I could have come got it and took care of it another way. Also they broke the drivers side mirror and threw the pieces on the floorboard. Then add them putting gas in a diesel and returning it to me....never again will I or anyone I know deal with this dealership. More
