My husband and I were on our way to Gatlinburg, TN from Indiana when my "steering wheel assist reduced" light came on. The service department was very friendly, specifically Emily Perry, Jeff Bailes, David (unsure of last name), and salesman Chandler Moore. Have been getting the run around for 2 months on a warranty issue which they supposedly sent to GM but when I called GM they knew nothing about it. GM has contacted the service department and hasn't g warranty issue which they supposedly sent to GM but when I called GM they knew nothing about it. GM has contacted the service department and hasn't gotten a response back either. Will never buy there again More

This dealership has assisted us with excellent service on two different occasions. We are from Canada and were vacationing in Pigeon Forge when we experienced an engine issue.
