Rusty Wallace Ford

Took my 2016 Ford fusion to the service center for several recalls, loss of brakes. Loss of steering & my passenger side doors swung open while driving. Needless to say, they didn’t fix my doors prope several recalls, loss of brakes. Loss of steering & my passenger side doors swung open while driving. Needless to say, they didn’t fix my doors properly & now my door Lock indicator lights don’t work, and they broke my consul and stapled it back together! Also my right turn signal on my passenger side mirror right now is intermittent. After calling them and hounding them for a week, I finally get a hold of the service manager who makes me wait another week to bring my car in and never once apologizes and accuses me of lying. No one has apologized to me for the problems that they’ve caused or made it right. To add insult to injury a consul is not cheap. More
