I LOVE my 2013 Honda Accord Coupe I had been seriously looking to purchase a 2012 to 2014 sedan type vehicle for a couple of weeks around the local Knoxville area. On our way to the a I had been seriously looking to purchase a 2012 to 2014 sedan type vehicle for a couple of weeks around the local Knoxville area. On our way to the airport motor mile, we decided to drive through and just check out the lot at Rusty Wallace Honda off Callahan Road. We were greeted by Mike England, who was extremely knowledgeable, very helpful, and professional. I explained that we were on our way to Alcoa and really NOT wanting to spend all day inside negotiating since it was Labor Day. After a few questions, he quickly assessed the type of auto I was interested in, pointed us in the direction of several comparable cars, with a synopsis of the current available financing. Mr. England had my trade-in evaluated while we were test driving a 2013 Accord. After a very reasonable trade-in allowance and purchase price, the entire process with Mr. England and the Sales Manger was handled in a unremarkable timely fashion, which I found refreshing. We were out of there in about 3 hours with all my questions answered. The entire staff at Rusty Wallace Honda was a pleasure to deal with and made my day. I got a GREAT DEAL at Rusty Wallace Honda and so glad that we stopped there before going to Alcoa. I love my 2013 Honda Accord. Denise More

Mike England went above and beyond to locate the exact color, interior, features and took the time to give me a detailed tour of the controls. Coming from a 2002 Pathfinder to this Pilot was like learning a new language. However, that extra touch to explain prepared me for my drive home. A kudos to Troy in finance for explaining exactly what each charge was for. Not once did I feel uncomfortable or felt like I was paying for something extra I didn't agree to. Straight forward no-nonsense. For all of you out there. I was a tough customer and had my guards up. I done my research, pre-approval, credit score, studied the Pilot in depth. I was not in the business to deal with a salesman that looked at me like a dollar sign. Trust me, Mike England is extremely professional, will go above and beyond and put you at ease. Buying a new vehicle is stressful with today's prices but I got a GREAT deal. No buyers remorse here. I'm all in. Bottom line, we will be buying another car soon for my wife. Guess where?
