Normally have no problems however, after sunroof was repaired my headliner was filthy. It was covered w/ grease and black marks. They agreed to clean it but on their schedule. Greg Taylor was very knowledgeable about the Kias. The service was friendly and efficient. I had a coupon for 39.99 for the essential. Oil change, 5 point inspection and tire rotation. I told them that I did not need my tires rotated as I just replaced ti for 39.99 for the essential. Oil change, 5 point inspection and tire rotation.
