Very poor service! Tire rotation, oil change I was waited 2 hr for a scheduled service with oil change and tire rotation. I was 7 min late because of unexpected construction work on Alcoa Hwy. Th I was waited 2 hr for a scheduled service with oil change and tire rotation. I was 7 min late because of unexpected construction work on Alcoa Hwy. This is my second time using Rusty wallace Kia at Alcoa Hwy. The firs time you scratched the tire rim of brand new car during rotation! At this time, I am not only waited 2 hr, but you charged me $51 for the service with my own oil. Mr. Gibbs did not want to use coupon for oil change, while previously the same coupon was suggested to use and used with the same service. I am very upset and never come back! More
