We had a great experience with Rusty Wallace Kia Alcoa. I contacted them online to schedule side-by-side comparison and test drives of a new Kia Rio S and a new Kia Forte GT-Line. They replied within min I contacted them online to schedule side-by-side comparison and test drives of a new Kia Rio S and a new Kia Forte GT-Line. They replied within minutes and worked around my schedule to make the appointment happen so that my wife and son (new driver) could join in. The salesperson (Dylan Hattula) gave us tons of time, information, and enough patience that we didn't once feel pressured. We left to think about our options (the Kias and others). When we let Dylan know that we were ready to deal, he was flexible and well-supported by other members of staff and management (Court Courtney) to work with us on desired options and a reasonable price. When it was time to talk financing, Dylan H introduced me to Dylan Finley, a Finance Manager. Working through the financing options with Dylan F was remarkably stress-free and low-pressure. We ended up buying a new Kia Rio. When the Rio gets passed to my son next year, I will be looking for Dylan H and Dylan F to put me into another new Kia. Best car buying experience ever. 10/10 would recommend :) More

I never met Will Witucki. Unfair review to him. I purchased new car from James Wright. I wasnt planning to purchase for 6 more months. I am Newly divorced and coming out of ba Unfair review to him. He test drove several cars with me even though I wasnt purchasing. Did not appear in a hurry for me to leave. He listened to my needs. Wasnt pushy. We ran numbers just for future idea. When i decided to purchase he Went out of his way to make me comfortable with my purchase. Explained my car's new festures which was out of my knowledge. Even set up Kia Connect for me. He continued to apologize for my long wait, but it wasnt long at all. Maybe 2 hours from my decision to buy, to pulling off lot. I purchased car as it was pulling off delivery truck. So majority of wait time was processing the new car. Highly recommend him. I never met service dept. Mr Wright did everything for me except sign the paperwork. More
