My car was parked outside and no one came to tell me, they went to lunch. When I noticed it and asked if it was done they had to hunt for the ticket. I spent 5 hours I believe total there . No apologies were given nor even a discount applied even though i told them I received a coupon but had forgotten it at home. They refused to honor it 5 hours later. More

Arrived early and that wasn’t an issue. Took me in and provided shuttle service as thought service and recalls would take a while. Had a stripped oil plug that happened during last service. They caught it and replaced at no charge since was a result of one of their staff. I appreciated the honesty and replacement. Service manager was super nice and went over everything to make sure I had no questions. Very pleased with my last visit. More
