Communication needs work. I dropped my car off after-hours on a Monday and called first thing Tuesday morning. While I did tell them I wasn’t in a rush to have the issue diagnosed and fixed, I did not hear back with full diagnosis and estimate until Thursday morning (that was after I called Wednesday to inquire and the service consultant said the technician had already left for the day). I chose not to have the repairs complete, so I cannot speak to the quality or value, but due to the lackluster communication, I likely would have taken it elsewhere anyway More

Service is adequate. Staff are friendly. Sometimes, it is too busy to schedule appointments unless you do it far in advance. That really doesn’t work with my schedule as Staff are friendly. Sometimes, it is too busy to schedule appointments unless you do it far in advance. That really doesn’t work with my schedule as it can suddenly change. Perhaps general maintenance like oil changes etc should be built more on a model like the drive up oil change places where you can get it done in about 30 minutes while waiting in your car. More
