Polite and respectful. Service performed in adequate time. Had a small issue with previous maintenance, didn’t seem to understand what I was trying to say. Check list given when checking out was not marked. Nothing said about tread depth or brake pads. When called to check out , could not find my keys. Eventually it was realized another customer took them . Had to wait an extra 40 minutes because of this. I did get an “I’m sorry “ and that was nice but good customer service would have given me maybe 20% off my next maintenance or a free oil change or at least a free hat , tumbler , or t shirt … something to show regret and entice me to come back. Is good customer service gone because of the pandemic. We can lay the blame there , we blame everything else on it . This the first time anything like this has happened at Rusty Wallace Kia Alcoa. I plan on returning at least once more for maintenance to see how it goes. I or my family have purchased 7 cars at this dealership, I really thought I would received a little better overall service at the maintenance center. I’m sure your short handed, it was in the afternoon, there are a lot of things that make up what resulted that day but just a little something extra to make the medicine go down would have went a long way to satisfy this customer.
