Sorry I forgot the survey. This was as my second visit Rusty Wallace, first time was on my way to Tx. in Nov. I was blown away with the service of the staff and the clean waiting area (not to mention the snacks). I decided to have my Telluride serviced on my way back to Canada in April .My thoughts were the service I received on my Nov .visit was a one off, but Nick exceeded the service criteria by being friendly , courteous and thoughtful about answering any of my question I had about my visit. The complimentary tire rotation and car rinse was a nice touch. More

Great deal on a nice car. I didn’t think Darrell was honest with us when I asked if the battery had been checked. The next time I went to start the car the battery was indeed I didn’t think Darrell was honest with us when I asked if the battery had been checked.
