I explained my problems to him, then he explained that even though an appointment would be a few weeks out, he assured me it would definitely be worth bringing my vehicle in to be observed by his team of even though an appointment would be a few weeks out, he assured me it would definitely be worth bringing my vehicle in to be observed by his team of experts. He touched base with me the evening before my appointment to see if my problems were still persisting and if there was anything else needed. I was followed up with the evening of my appointment and I explained I wouldn't make it during service hours, so he helped me pay for my oil change over the phone and explained how to pickup my vehicle after service hours. He even called me on his personal phone that night to make sure the pickup went smoothly. More
