Everything was great until the day I took the car home. Check engine light came on. I called the next morning, woman told me they couldn’t look at it for a month although I just bought the car. Front air flap system was broken, had to be replaced on a new 2023 Sportage. They put me in a loaner Optima (I don’t like driving sedans) for over a week. Overall not satisfied with the experience after the purchase. More

All experiences until the last were great. The man helping me the last time was very rude and mentioned how busy he was when I ask a question. The prices have almost doubled and the wait time The man helping me the last time was very rude and mentioned how busy he was when I ask a question. The prices have almost doubled and the wait time has grown longer. It took almost two hours to get my oil changed. I was told my car would be washed and it was not. I’ve always used Kia for maintenance but I think the last time was my last. More
