We have requested our extended warranty be canceled a month ago and the carrier just confirmed today that it hasn’t been canceled yet. This costs money out of my pocket. They are very secretive about the carrier and I had to call my credit union where the vehicle was financed to find out the carrier name and the policy number. It’s very frustrating to have to chase monies owed to you. This dealership assured me they had canceled over a month ago. Which they had not. The carrier says that the dealership has to reimburse me. I’m still waiting for them to do the right thing. Life lesson, go to a credible dealership. More

We were very specific about the car we wanted and Allen located the right car very quickly. He understood and accepted that we wanted specific features (or lack there of) and did not pressure us into a car we didn’t want. Rusty Wallace and Grover Cheek are exceptional! My sister was looking for an SUV so we stopped at Rusty Wallace Toyota in Morristown. That day she bought a Pathfinder and although I wasn't looking, My sister was looking for an SUV so we stopped at Rusty Wallace Toyota in Morristown. That day she bought a Pathfinder and although I wasn't looking, I bought a Lexus RX 350 with only 18,000 miles - practically new. We both got great deals and Grover Cheek answered all of our questions and helped us navigate the purchase process. Approximately 18 months after I purchased the Lexus, the paint finish on the driver's side began to fade. The front fender, the doors, and the back fender - the whole driver's side of my Lexus. I was heartbroken and worried about how much it was going to cost me to repaint my car. I took it to Lexus thinking that the problem may be a factory issue. They said that it had been painted by a third party so I pulled the Carfax for the vehicle and found that the vehicle had been in an accident before Rusty Wallace received it. I decided to call Grover and ask if I could bring it back to him to see if there was anything they could do since they had not made me aware of the previous accident. He agreed to take a look to see if they could do anything so I drove from Maryville to meet with Grover and Heath. I didn't expect that they would help me because of the time that had passed since I had purchased the car. When I got there they both looked at the finish and Heath immediately said "we will take care of this for you". I was so surprised! Grover and Heath said that the information that they had received with the car didn't indicate that the car had ever been in an accident.They gave me a loaner car while they repainted my Lexus and did not charge me for the repainting or the loaner! I have bought a number of vehicles from various car dealers, but I can say that I have never been treated so well by any of the other dealers. I recommend Grover Cheek to anyone that is car shopping and tell them that his honesty and commitment to his customers is the real deal! More
