Toast night he drove from Morristown to Gatlinburg (about 55 miles one way) to pick up my 2020 Tundra… Drove it all the way back to Morristown had it serviced in less than 12 hours and drove it back to Gatlinburg. That equals six hours of driving, and just over 200 miles to get my oil changed. After speaking with a friend of mine who bought a Subaru in Arkansas and spent seven hours in a waiting room yesterday, I can’t thanks Scott enough for his attention and interest in keeping our business. I'll start from the beginning and let you know why it's three stars and not five stars. The five stars are the customer sales service reps. Once I arrived in Tennessee Phil Dykes came and picked me up from my hotel 40 miles away and we had a great conversation all the way there and the process was quick and easy. When I got to the office I had the best conversation with Ms. Shelia and she is an angel. This part of my experience was five stars. The problem started as I was driving home. I was going at a good rate and hitting a lot of bigs. So I tried to use the windshield wiper solution to clean the window and it seemed to be out. So I just drove home. about 10 to 15 days later I remembered that I needed some and purchased some from Walmart. When I put the solution in and tried to use it nothing happened. So I looked down on the ground and that's when I saw the puddle of fluid on the ground. I called the service center and here is where the three stars come from. More

Grover Cheek sold me a RAV4. He made the paperwork go very smoothly and not only explained every detail but he showed me how to work everything!
