Had an appt at 3:00pm sat in service drive for 15 mins and car not checked in until 3:15pm Watched the service techs walk around my car for over hour and 1/2 before they ever started work. When asked what was delay was told 15 more mins which turned into 45 mins and only after I told the not to wash my car otherwise it would have been longer. More
