Had an oil change along with Multi Point Inspection a short while back; told rep about noisy front end...Report .came back with "shock absorbers/struts/suspension/tie rod ends and boots/steering gear" in short while back; told rep about noisy front end...Report .came back with "shock absorbers/struts/suspension/tie rod ends and boots/steering gear" in satisfactory condition.....noise continues while driving...Returned to service on 8-8..for re-check of front end noise...Again-no problem is found....Took it to corner mechanic; inspects front end; sees an immediate and obvious problem; both lower control arms are in very poor condition and need immediate replacement....Shop does the repair work and problem is solved....Perhaps your reps are not trained properly or maybe they are checking the "satisfactory" box without inspecting at all....On the plus side-the service reps are always very nice! The wait times are very reasonable..Purchased this vehicle at Rusty Wallace and generally very happy with the purchase... More
